| There is no longer a paper "Blue Roster" form. The on-line roster provided by US Youth Soccer is the official roster for the 2012 FWR. No other roster will be accepted. Each State Representative shall provide eight (8) white copies of the on-line roster to the Region IV Registrar at Credentials Check-In on Sunday morning, 9:00AM, June 17, 2012.
