2010 HOTEL INSTRUCTIONS

 
In order to book or block rooms for the 2010 US Youth Soccer Far West Regional Championships you must first go to the ABQ Housing website at www.farwestregionalhotels.com and:

1. View the Participating Hotels list and determine your top five preferences for hotels.

2. Go to “Reserve your team Block” and select “Reservation Forms”.  From there, select “Housing Request Form”.  Complete the “Housing Request Form” specifying your top five hotel preferences and fax the completed form to the ABQ Housing at 505-346-0176.  The ABQ Housing Bureau will contact the hotels on your list, in the order listed, and make arrangements to block/reserve the rooms requested.  Once complete, the ABQ Housing Bureau will contact you with your block/reservation information.

3. Once you have confirmed your team’s participation in the US Youth Soccer 2010 Far West Regional Championships, you must complete the “Rooming List” form and fax it to the ABQ Housing Bureau at 505-346-0176, (rooming list should be faxed by June 1, 2010).  If your team does not qualify for the US Youth Soccer 2010 Far West Regional Championships, you must contact the ABQ Housing Bureau at 505-346-0522 or by email at reservations@abqhousing.com in order to cancel your room block.

Please note that you will save yourself and everyone else time if you pick your top five choices and list them on the “Housing Request Form”.   There are many teams booking at any given time, and your first choice may only have 10 rooms when you have requested 15, or only have 6 double doubles when you want 12.  If we can go to your second choice without e-mailing you and waiting for your return e-mail, then you have a better chance of successfully booking the first time.
