| This is the official blue roster for the 2009 FWR. If you do not choose to use this roster for your state cup play, you will need to have your players sign-in on this roster for competing at the FWR. No other roster will be accepted. Form: Word ~ PDF | Instructions The Official Blue Roster will no longer be mailed to the Region IV Registrar, however, each State Representative shall provide all of the Official Blue Rosters plus eight (8) white copies at the Credentials Check-In on Sunday morning, June 14, 2009.
