| The 2008 Hawaii Organizing Committee will assemble a
College Coaches Book of Rosters for teams U16 -U19 for the US Youth
Soccer Region IV Championships to be held in Honolulu this June.
Please download the Excel Form,
save to your computer and rename the file according to your team's
name. After completing all the information, please email the roster to
HYSA@hawaii.rr.com . In
the subject of your email, please provide us the following: Age,
Gender, State info, and whether you are a State Champion, FWRL entry
or a Wild Card Team. Ex. BU17CalSouthChampion or GU16NewMexicoWild
Card, etc. Email to HYSA@hawaii.rr.com no later than June 1st, 2008. Information received after deadline cannot be assured of being in the book of rosters. You will receive an email confirmation that we have received the roster. |
