- The Arsenal teams day started with plenty of sleep
for the boys with no wake up calls at all.
- Downtown Des Moines is a ghost town during the
weekend and only a few places to snack were open so a
sandwich would have to do.
- Cameron, Evan and Davis were asked to play a bit part
in a local movie that was filming on the streets and rumors
are they were great.
- The team was catered to a bar-b-que by the most
friendly local family in Iowa. Their dog was not and even
thru up on Coach Steve. The baked beans were giving several
players plenty of extra fuel at the team meeting.
- While some boys took ice baths in the rooms others
played poker with Steven taking it all.
- Several of the players watched an Arsenal/Fulham EPL
game, with of course Arsenal winning big.
- The Arsenal Groupies will be out in force wearing
face paint and all of the gear in the morning as they cheer
the team to victory.

- Go Arsenal!
