Peter and Sandy Jebens
Hall of Fame Inductees 2003

Peter and Sandy Jebens have been involved with US Youth Soccer and Region IV from the early beginnings of the organization. Peter was a founding member of the California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA). He served in various positions from District Commissioner to Chairman. During his tenure Peter increased the membership from 3,500 to 130,000 players.

Peter served as the second Region IV Director and helped to establish state associations in Region IV. He wrote and revised Constitutions and Bylaws for CYSA. These bylaws became the foundation for many of the other Region IV state associations as well as state associations across the country.

Wherever you found Peter, Sandy was there working at his side. They were instrumental in the development of Referee organizations throughout Region IV.

Peter and Sandy will be inducted into the Region IV Hall of Fame at the 2003 US Youth Soccer Workshop on February 19 in Boston.
