A
common phase heard in the Juneau, Alaska area from Moctar Diouf, of
the Juneau Soccer Club Jambaars, is “the sky is the limit.” His
players know it to be the truth, through hard work in all of their
endeavors. Known for his positive influence both inside and outside
the club, Diouf serves as an outstanding role model who portrays not
only the respect but also strength of character, acquired through
discipline. This discipline is evident in a quick look over the
last three years as he has coached the Jambaars, completed a B.A. in
business administration, managed an apartment complex and worked for
the Alaska State Legislature. These values above are shown and
encouraged through his coaching and lifestyle as well as a pure love
of the game.Region IV congratulates Moctar Diouf for being

Lisa
Scott serves as a “super soccer mom” to the Manteca Area Soccer
League in California where she teaches her players the skills they
need to succeed in the game and in life. In addition to her time as
soccer coach, she is also an extremely active mom working as a
volunteer in her children’s school, with her local church and within
the community.
Her
continuous positive attitude comes across to her players and their
parents as her team achieve victories regardless of the score.
